Full Product Description

The Morpho MSO 1300 E3 (L0) is a once widely used fingerprint scanner for Aadhaar authentication and eKYC purposes. However, as per updated UIDAI regulations, all L0 devices are now RD-inactive and not usable for any government biometric work.

This device is now available only for software developers, biometric system testing, and academic training. It works over USB and supports standard fingerprint capture via third-party desktop software.

We offer this unit in refurbished or unused stock-clearance condition ideal for labs and demo environments.
